For this project please design an artwork that integrates text or letters into an artwork.
Some options include: mixed media collage, letters forms as art, quotes, calligraphy, graffiti, etc.
A simple way to do this project (as pictured above): Choose a phrase or your name and create it in funky, fun lettering with a mixture of bright patterns in and around the letter.
If that assignment doesn't appeal to you, you may design your own, as long as lettering is a main piece of the work. DO NOT just find an artwork on the internet and recreate it - design your own!

Reflection Questions:
1) In creating your piece, how did you display your knowledge of lettering as an art form?
2) What decisions did you have to make in terms of layout: spacing, size, balance, etc. to make sure that your piece worked?
